Nanay’s Fried Chicken
Just a simple fried chicken that reminds me of my mom’s home cooking…The magic of a mother cooking for her kids – in tagalog(luto ni nanay)…It’s so traditional that was composed of only salt & pepper, garlic and rubbed by soy sauce and cooked with lots of love!!!…Did you know that chicken wings are relatively high in protein. Fried wings are relatively low in cholesterol. Without batter(flour coating), they are free of carbohydrates. Chicken wings also contain potassium and iron. Just be careful, eating fried foods on a regular basis is directly linked to obesity…

Ito talagang masarap din. One of the favorite part of chicken are the wings. Put some spices on it and it will be great.
