Crispy Shrimps with soy and vinegar sauce
I am craving for shrimp, but I just want it to be simple….and I want it to be paired with my stir-fry vegetables. The Idea of this crispy shrimps is to eat everything, from tail to toes, believe me, It is so crispy that only the “shrimp mustash” will be left behind! (sorry I dont know hot to call that thing on the shrimp)……..Did you know that shrimp are known to have excellent benefits for the health, which makes those often high-price tags quite worth it. If you are on a low-fat and low-calorie diet, shrimp should be part of your daily diet. Also it helps build strong teeth and bones, because it is a good source of vitamin D. Shrimp is a very good choice as it has very high levels of this essential vitamin. Just like other seafoods, shrimp is heavily loaded with omega-3, which is a very potent ally against heart-related diseases along with problems in the cardiovascular system……
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo medium shrimps or prawns
- 1 tsp salt
- cooking oil for frying
Dipping sauce:
- 3 tbsp churasca hot sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 pc shallots chopped
- 2 cloves garlci chopped
- 3 red chillies
Procedures:
- Seasoned shrimp with salt
- Then fry until crispy…That’s it!!!
- Enjoy!!
