Nilasing na Hipon (drunken shrimps)

If Jackie Chan is the “drunken master”, this recipe is the “drunken shrimps”……..It’s a  mix of shrimps and beer!!! It is very similar to halabos na hipon using sprite or 7-up. I mentioned the similarities, so lets talk about the differences. After eating this, you’ll be drunk(just joking). Since beer have an alcoholic content, it enhance the flavour of the shrimps as well as it softened and caramelized its textures…….Did you know that shrimps are good source of vitamin D. And this vitamins helps build strong teeth and bones. Just like other seafoods, shrimp is heavily loaded with omega-3, which is a very potent ally against heart-related diseases along with problems in the cardiovascular system…..
