Pinzec Fritos

This dish was the first appetizer I cooked in school. It was on our beverage management class, were we study different kinds of cocktail, beer, wines and other alcoholic beverages. To compliments the taste of those drinks, we need an appetizer. Our professor assigned as to cook this dish. Looks easy, but not for first timer especially when you are a student and concentrating on drinking the beverages. I remember, I ended up drunk that time. but I got the best grade of 1.75 or equivalent to 90-92 grade……….Did you know that pork lean meat is a great source of protein in your diet. A 100 gm portion of pork provides you with about half of the protein you need in the day. It is also a good source of several vitamins and minerals needed for good health including iron, zinc, some of the B group vitamins, selenium and phosphorus.
