Refreshing Melon Drink

Melon…..When the season of this fruit begun, expect a melon drink everyday in our place. You can see on the picture above, there is no chance of clear photo shot of the melon as it is already been drinked by my ever lovely daughter. In a span of two seconds, the melon drink is almost half of it. Another truly refreshing drink brought to you by my wife. Everytime my wife drink this stuff, she will always says ” I feel refresh”. Must try!!! It’s the best drink to beat the heat this summer and also a great alternative to softdrinks and other sodas…………………………..Did you know that most melons are loaded with B vitamins. B vitamins are responsible for a lot of your body’s energy production (they are necessary for the body to process sugars and carbs). Hence, eating melons can give you substantial energy. Due to their high water content and combination with potassium (a mineral that helps control blood pressure), melons are helpful in maintaining healthy blood pressure levels.

  1. Melons are so juicy and yes, so refreshing, that they make a perfect ‘agua fresca’ as this would be called around here!

  2. Oooh I love light refreshing drinks for when it gets hot outside!
