Gluten free Bacon and egg pie
My version of bacon and egg pie……I made my pie gluten free as i did not use any savoury flour base pastry. I wrapped it with streaky bacon which serves as my base pastry making it an option to consider for your gluten free diet. To make it more healthy, i added wilted spinach, caramelized onions and roast potatoes to make a reconstructed gluted free bacon and egg pie
Ingredients: roast potatoes, caramelized onions, wilted spinach, streaky bacon, salt and pepper, fresh thyme, gluten free cheese, fresh cream and eggs.
Procedures: assemble everything using yiur imagination in a muffin tins. Finish with 1 egg on top. Bake for 160 degrees at 20 minutes. Enjoy
