Chilli Chicken Feet…………………This is one of my wife favourite food in yam cha dimsum and dampling restaurant. I had a little funny story about this dish. I had a workmate (he’s a kiwi), I remember when we had a gathering in a chinese yam cha restaurant(might be our christmas party), When he say everybody is eating this chicken feet, he askes us, “chicken had so many parts, you can eat wings, legs and thigh, why do you eat the chicken feet? (with a very disgusting face) . How about you guys? have you tried eating chicken feet?…………………………Did you know that I have used star anise to make this dish very flavourful, very asian? Did you know that star anise has been used for centuries to relieve abdominal discomfort.
