Ginisang Gulay at Toge (stir-fry mixed vegetables)
Ginigsang gulay (stir-fry mixed vegetables). This is a healthy bunch of vegetables. I decided not to add any meat. Just feel hungry for vegetables. As I combine broccoli, beansprout, carrots, capsicum and beans and of course sauted with garlic and onions and just seasoned this dish with salt and pepper and a kikoman soy sauce. Believe me, its heaven. This is my second favorite vegetable dish, since I am a filipino, my number one vegetable dish will be pinakbet. What is your favorite vegetable dish?……………………..Did you know that these bunch of vegetables are rich in fiber and antioxidant. First is carrots – The Beta-carotene present in carrots is one of the powerful natural anti-oxidant that helps protect body from harmful fee radical injury.
