This will be our salad for the dinner course.  For those who just tuned in, I already posted canape of melba toast last monday, baked mussels with triple cheese on tuesday and sopa de marina with eggs and nest yesterday as our soup. Today, My version of Ceasar Salad. You might be asking me why the name is “fancy”, I used fancy lettuce instead of using the COS lettuce, because this lettuce s easy to present and more crispy and tastier than any other lettuce you may liked.
